La Casa de Ferranti was born out of the passion for authentic Mediterranean cooking and willingness to create and replicate native cuisine, keeping the dishes true to their origin. Ingredients are sourced with care, often directly from the Mediterranean and the menu changes seasonally to take advantage of the best that is available.
In 2005, the Ferranti Estate was established. The aim is to produce one of the finest Single Estate Extra Virgin Olive Oils from northern Spain and our home in Catalonia is the perfect setting for achieving this. Olives, olive oil and wine, the Holy Trinity of the ancient Meditteranean kitchen, still reigns supreme in this region and are the heart and soul of modern Mediterranean cuisine.
